At a virtual press conference in Sydney, Ed Sheeran finally gave us the most Perfect news: he’s headed down under in 2026 as part of his much-anticipated Loop Tour!
After the massive success of his Divide Tour in 2018, which holds the record for the highest-selling tour in Australian history, the ginger crooner came back to our country in 2023 for his sold-out Mathematics Tour, selling more than 1 million tickets across Australia and New Zealand.
Now, the global superstar is getting ready to perform no less than eight stadium shows across Australia from January to March next year. And, while you can expect him to perform some of his greatest hits, the shows will also surely be filled with new music off his upcoming album Play, which will come out on September 12, so you’ll have time to learn the lyrics before the tour!
Although Ed had already teased the possibility of an Aussie tour on TikTok, he confirmed it via video at the iconic Lord Dudley Hotel, transformed into the “Old Phone Pub” from the Old Phone music video, in Sydney.
