We’ve had some exciting artists for the AFL Grand Final, including The Killers, Robbie Williams and Katy Perry. And this year is no different. The AFL has announced that hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg will headline the Telstra Pre-Game Entertainment at the Grand Final for 2025. This will be Snoop’s first-ever performance at the MCG. It’s all going down on Saturday September 27, and we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed the Crows will be taking the field!

Sip on some Gin N Juice and feel Young, Wild & Free when this icon takes to the stage. His career spans across three decades, with memorable hits like Drop It Like It’s Hot and Beautiful.
“Snoop Dogg is a pioneer, a performer, and a true entertainer,” said AFL CEO Andrew Dillon. “He’s played to packed stadiums around the world — but we think 100, 000 fans at the MCG might just be his most iconic crowd yet.”
Dillon described Grand Final Day as both a celebration of footy, as well as a celebration of culture, energy, and entertainment, and that Snoop “fit that brief better than anyone”.
“It’s an absolute honour to be hitting the stage at the AFL Grand Final — it’s one of the biggest events on the Aussie calendar,” said Snoop Dogg. “Can’t wait to bring the energy and celebrate with the fans. Let’s make it unforgettable.”
Mushroom Group will once again produce the Grand Final performance.
