If there’s one thing that sometimes gets overlooked about Harry Potter, it’s the iconic soundtrack that sets the scene for the Wizarding World. And while we wait for the new Fantastic Beasts movie coming out this year, as well as the Hogwarts: Legacy video game, there’s another way to keep the magic alive this year.
The Magical Music of Harry Potter is a one-of-a-kind film score experience, including a full orchestra and original actors that will bring the movies to life through sound. The two-hour show is coming to the Adelaide Festival Centre on May 12, 2022, showcasing the spellbinding music from all eight Harry Potter films.
Included in the performance are soundtracks from John Williams, the Oscar-winning composer of the first three movies. Not sure about you, but we just copped a calming feeling of nostalgia just thinking about it. Those first three films really are the definition of comfort.
Alongside the music we know and love, you can also expect mesmerising light and laser displays, elevating your senses in more ways than one.
Right now, joining the tour in the Europe and the UK is Chris Rankin A.K.A Percy Weasley. So fingers crossed he makes an appearance when they come to Adelaide!
You can secure a spot now for The Magical Music of Harry Potter. Tickets start at $79.90 and you can grab yours here.
