Just up the freeway, through the greenery, with a few bendy turns here and there – you’ll find yourself a Lot 100 in the Adelaide Hills. The 84-hectare property is home to a cellar door, restaurant, distillery, brewery, function space, and five premium beverage companies – it really has got the ‘lot’.
Surrounded by lovely green lawns, it’d be rude for Lot 100 not to make full use of the grounds during these stunning days we’re having – and that’s where their all-new festival comes into play, Summer Sounds
Held across two days, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 January, to be exact, Summer Sounds is a weekend full of live music, delicious food and some of the best beverages that South Australia has to offer. With Hills Cider, Mismatch Brewing Co, Vinteloper Wines, 78degrees Gin, and Ash Valley Fresh Juice all made on-site.
As well as the libations, the Lot 100 kitchen will be in full action serving up their ever so tasty treats for all to enjoy. And as you feast and sip, local musicians will take to the stage to keep the spirits high, in more ways than one.
And rest assured you’re in conscientious hands, with Lot 100 proudly taking claim to their sustainability practices. The property houses a wastewater treatment and recycling plant, and uses renewable energy through its 1700m2 of solar panels, and utilises fresh, local and seasonal produce throughout its kitchen – how good.
Summer Sounds at Lot 100 in the Adelaide Hills will take place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 January from 11am until 5pm each day, for a wonderful and free weekend up the Ranges.
