Kuitpo Forest, a 50-minute drove south of Adelaide city is notorious for mushroom picking, cute dates, and picturesque strolls in an alpine-esque setting – minus the mountain lions and bears, oh my. And now, TreeClimb has upped the Kuitpo ante with their latest venture and second venue in the forest.
Taking those who are up for an adventure to new heights, TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest offers six new elevated tree-top courses and over 85 obstacles, including fan favourites such as the zip lines, Tarzan swing, and a rock climbing wall.
As well as the old faithfuls, TreeClib Kuitpo will be home to new additions including South Australia’s first Nets Course, the Family Experience, and the Zip-Loop over the Heysen Trail.
If this kind of problem-solving is right up your alley, then the Grand Course is the woody climb for you. Taking you through 59 obstacles set across four different levels, nine ziplines, and of course a Tarzan swing to release your inner-jungle.
Wee kids are also welcome at TreeClimb Kuitpo with the dedicated Kids Course consisting of 26 activities across two different levels – it’ll sure-fire get the brain juices flowing as they test their own abilities and circumspect skills.
If you’re not too keen on heights, look away…or perhaps take this opportunity to face your fears with friends, family, foes, whoever. Or simply gaze upon the avid climbers from the comfort of the solid ground at the TreeClimb cafe.
The second evergreen location comes after the huge success of the Adelaide CBD TreeClimb venue, with Salisbury and Mount Gambier sites to follow shortly.
TreeClimb have worked meticulously alongside ForestrySA to ensure minimal environmental impact and as little harm to the mammoth trees as possible – after all, the trees are watching, trust.
TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest is open from 9am to 5pm everyday of the week for all your scaling needs. Bookings highly recommended.
