The Adelaide Central Market is good on any old day – with its plethora of fresh fruit and veg, specialty stores, eateries, and what not. And this July, it just got a little bit better, if you’re into the likes of artisan spirits, that is.
Between Tuesday 27 June and Saturday 15 July, the Adelaide Central Market welcomes its newest Producer in Residence, Full Circle Spirits – a remarkable small batch distillery.
Across the three-week residency, you will be able to experience Full Circle’s exceptional range of sustainable and handcrafted products that are made in the heart of the picturesque Adelaide Hills.
On offer at Full Circle’s Central Market stall, you’ll be able to sample and get your hands on their Small Batch Gin range which sees the Chinotto Gin – combining bitter citrus notes of chinotto with a botanical complexity. As well as the Green Olive Gin – drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean and capturing the briny essence of green olives, creating a unique and savoury gin.
For those seeking a vibrant citrus profile, the Lemon & Thyme Gin delights the palate with zesty bursts of citrus and harmonious herbal undertones. Along with the Orange & Bay Gin which offers a delightful blend of citrusy sweetness from oranges with the warm, aromatic notes of bay leaf.
Lastly, go full circle with the Plum & Hibiscus Gin which unveils a tantalising combination of plum flavours and delicate floral hints from hibiscus petals.
During Full Circle Spirit’s residency at the Market, the team aims to showcase their innovative approach to distilling, meaning you’ll be able to witness firsthand the meticulous artistry behind their award-winning spirits, crafted using locally sourced ingredients and traditional distilling techniques.
General Manager of the Adelaide Central Market, Jodie Kananne, says, “We are thrilled to welcome Full Circle Spirits as our Producer in Residence. We are excited to showcase their incredible range of locally produced spirits to our loyal customers. It’s a great opportunity to support a local business from the Hill in a city location.”
The Producer in Residence stall is located at the North-Western corner inside the Market, just off Grote Street, and operates Tuesday to Saturday. See you there for a wee tipple!
